Production is quite small as this is an exceptional rosé. The best soils are chosen with Bandolais yields of less than 35 hl /ha. Natural yeasts, a good quality wine-making temperature of 21/23°C (70-74F) is used to extract aromas of the grape variety. Wine is bottled in late April. This is a classic Pibarnon rosé that may be enjoyed this year and for years to come.
