Elegant, complex, intellectually challenging and sophisticated, yet startlingly simple in its clarity. Every year presents a new challenge, the aim being to get the best out of each vintage. Yield between 35-45 hl/ha. Each grape variety vinified separately. Grapes picked and twice-sorted by hand, pressed within two hours of harvesting. Fermented and aged in French oak barrels for six months.
Grapes: 50% Mauzac, 25% Chardonnay, 25% Chenin Blanc
