A very fine wine with almond and white flower aromas.   This wine is vinified and aged in old barrels.  Light on the palate with hints of apple and peach.

Grapes:  60% Marsanne, 40% Rousanne

Pairings:  Excellent as an aperitif, especially with fresh grilled fishes. Also with cooked fishes, terrines of chicken livers or rabbit.
