Lots of power, flavor and spice in the mouth.  Full of blackberry in the nose and mouth. A complex and well balanced wine with a good finish.  This wine gets about 9 months aging in oak.  

Grapes:  70% Grenache, 10% Syrah, 10% Carignan, 10% Mourvèdre

Pairings:  Roast meats, steak, beef stews
