This wine has a limpid pale yellow color. Bubbles are fine-textured and the mousse is long lasting. The Charles Baur Crémant d’Alsace offers a bouquet of white peaches, white flowers, melon and grapefruit notes. The mouthfeel is fresh, delicate, well balanced and expresses pears and white peach flavors.
