This white Chateauneuf-du-Pape is an elegant and fruity wine with delicate aromas of white flowers, peach and ginger. In the mouth it is smooth and fat with flavors of pear.  It is a well-rounded wine yet fresh and crisp.  

Grapes: 40% Bourboulenc, 25% Clairette, 25% Grenache, 10% Roussane/Picpoul

Pairings: This wine may be served as an aperitif but it is the perfect accompaniment to fish with a sauce, white meats and goat cheese.
