Made from grapes grown on only about 3 acres of land, the wine is 70% Grenache Blanc and 30% Bourboulenc.  Its color is of a pale straw with aromas of white peaches, apples, yellow plums and a touch of mint.  In the mouth it is rich, round and fresh with a long finish.
