A very original white wine, it is made from traditional Provençal grape types,  i.e., Grenache Gris, Roussanne and Rolle (Vermentino).  It is dry but round and fruity on the palate with notes of pear, stone fruits and wild white flowers such as honeysuckle.

Pairings:  Seafood of almost any type or as a light aperitif before dinner
